The 2003 Pocono Cup "B" Division Soccer Tournament went off with out a hitch despite Mother Natures attempt to disrupt the games. Every team that played in this event should be credited for their determination, dedication and toughness. The weather conditions were difficult and the playing conditions were extreme, but every team showed incredible character and performed like true champions.
