How to Apply forTournament Acceptance |

#1 Find the appropriate level of competition for your team. There are 2 levels of competition: Premier and a "Club" level. See the home page and each tournament link for more information.
#2 Download the Team Application Form from the Tournament Link (on the home page of this website). If you are having trouble viewing or printing the document, email us at poconosoccer@optonline.net and we will forward you a copy. Fill the "Team Form" out completely, sign it and attach the entry fee check. (May tournament requires "proof of 'club status") Entry fee information is on the Team Application Form. Mail in Application To: Pocono Cup Soccer PO Box C Stroudsburg, PA 18360 #3 Reserve rooms if you are requiring overnight accommodations (See Hotels Link). Do not put a non-refundable deposit on the rooms until the team is accepted to the tournament.
If you are an out of state team (not from PA) you will need a permission to travel form. You can download a copy from the "Host Form" link on this website. This is used to describe the event to your home state soccer office. Your state office or your club president will have the permission to travel forms available for you to fill out. Use the information on the host form to fill out your state permission to travel. You will need to send the Host Form and the Permission to Travel Form in to your home state soccer office and they will issue your permission to travel. One copy will go to us, another will go to you and the 3rd copy will stay with the state office. US Club Soccer teams are not required to have a permission to travel form.
#5 You will be notified via E-mail and by standard mail of the your teams acceptance status. An acceptance package and preliminary tournament information will be mailed to you.
#6 After receiving your written acceptance, confirm your hotel rooms. A schedule with finalized tournament information will be mailed two weeks prior to the event.
